The brief

To create a culture change process that took people management and engagement to a new level through the Delivering Better Programme.

Our approach

We worked with the team to scope out the project objectives and developed core values that could be interwoven into day to day language for all levels of the business.

As well a working to a 5-step culture model, an employee champion group was set up to support a recognition scheme that was inclusive, engaging, and motivational. This culminated in the Delivering Better Awards to celebrate the success of the business and each other.

The result

Employees are motivated to present ideas for making Palletforce an even better place to work which in turn has made Palletforce the best in its industry.

The ‘Delivering Better Awards’ were created to celebrate the success of the business and each other.
