The brief

CFL needed to create an HR strategy that would help them grow their business and create a platform for people management that would endure changes in a busy airport environment at Heathrow.

Our approach

We started by carrying out an audit on the current situation and created a gap analysis on what need to be done to satisfy the need of the board to grow the business and to exceed customer expectation. A HR strategy was then formulated, with support in the day to day HR management. This blended approach has led to a true partnership approach between businesses.

The result

Over the past four years, the support given to CFL as further strengthened as a partnership to ensure that the overall business strategy is being met through engaged people.
